Quality Assurance

Quality assurance (QA Process) is important, not only during the development phase but also during the delivery phase. Pilots and focus groups form a vital part of our quality assurance process. We use a cyclical rather than a linear process when designing, building and delivering our courses based on the Australian Flexible Learning Framework to ensure superior quality as summarised in the diagram below.
