Vital English, a company concentrating on effective English language solutions, is a joint venture between Intuto Limited, a New Zealand innovative learning solutions company and the Waikato Institute of Technology, one of New Zealand’s leading Post Secondary Institutions. The partnership brings together excellence across all aspects of the development and delivery of high quality English Language materials. Vital English Limited has been chosen by Cambridge ESOL to develop, in association with them, online and blended IELTS and BULATS test preparation courses. Cambridge ESOL, a division of Cambridge University, is the owner of the BULATS test and part owner, along with IDP and the British Council, of the IELTS test.
